Videotaping Policy

POLICY: Due to the nature of our business as a private medical practice we prohibit any form of photography, videotaping and recording of our patients, employees and others that are present in our practice.   Such activity without knowledge and consent from our doctors and office manager will be considered a breach of trust between patient and the practice and may result in dismissal from the practice.
